LFW Day 4 : Payal Singhal

With Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream as her inspiration, Payal Singhal’s “Indian Summer Night Dream Resort Bridal 2012” line at Lakmé Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2012 had lots of gorgeous dresses, gowns, lehengas, sari and salwar kameezes in rich fabrics. The collection essentially had bridal wear in subtle and light colors like mint, indigo and sand in sensuous fabrics like silk, velvet, brocades, which had intricrate and stunning work on them. I couldn't help but notice the fantastic attention paid to the details of each garment in terms of embroidery, crystals and embellishments as you can see in the pictures below. I also reallly loved the string of flowers on every model's nosepin as it was a unique twist to a wedding element.

I also wanted to share that I have been featured as a guest blogger for this week for Be Beautiful,  and would like to thank them for this wonderful opportunity!
