Moroccanoil® Treatment Review

Hello and welcome to a brand new episode of June talking about her hair. Since I keep going on and on about how dry and damaged it is, let me talk about how Moroccanoil® Treatment helps me fix the problem instead. This is the product that pioneered oil-infused hair care and created the worldwide buzz on argan oil.  Since my hair is quite fine and thin, I use the Moroccanoil® Treatment Light variant which is specifically formulated for the delicate needs of fine and light-colored (including white) hair. The original formula is much thicker in consistency and tends to weigh fine hair down and is made for thicker and coarser hair.  Moroccanoil Treatment Light delivers the same benefits as Moroccanoil Treatment but is lighter in formulation, texture and color.

ABOUT
Moroccanoil is infused with antioxidant-rich argan oil, strengthening proteins and shine-boosting vitamins which act as a treatment to detangle, speeds up drying time and boost shine, leaving hair smooth, manageable and nourished with each use. It is an essential foundation for hair styling and can be used as a conditioning, styling and finishing tool. I have been using it in conjunction with the Morroccanoil intense hydrating mask for about a month now, and believe it or not, the texture of my hair has actually noticeably improved over time. Before I started using this duo, it would remain soft for about 12 hours but when I'd wake up the next morning, the length of my hair would be rough, unruly and straw like. Now that a month has passed, I can see a big difference in the texture of my hair. Today is the third day that I haven't washed my hair, and my ponytail still feels quite soft (the last time I used both the products was on Thursday)

HOW TO USE
Apply 1–2 pumps of Moroccanoil® Treatment to clean, towel-dried hair, from mid-length to ends. Blow-dry or let dry naturally. Apply on dry hair to tame flyaways or condition split ends.

TIP: Mix a few drops of Moroccanoil Treatment with Moroccanoil Intense Hydrating Mask, Weightless Hydrating Mask or Restorative Hair Mask for added nourishment.

If you're looking for the perfect finishing product which will nourish your hair and make it soft, shiny and manageable, this is what you need!

  4. There is so much silicone in that stuff that I am weary to try it. I much prefer using the oil itself, without the added fragrance and silicones.

  12. I should really get this! My hair gets dry very easily and I just don't like applying a thousand different products to it. Moroccan oil would allow me to stick to the essential.
