Styling Ideas March 2012 - Shirt Edition

Today, I would like to share some styling ideas with the wardrobe staple - the shirt! Essentially worn at work, there are many simple ways to dress a shirt up.

Rock a shirt in the color of the season - Mint

Break all black with a checks ! 

Don't you love these colors together? 

Mix polka dots with polka hearts! 

Rock a white shirt with denim shorts and a black bow tie 

Once, I walked into a luxury departmental store after work in a shirt and trousers and realized that my outfit resembled the uniform worn by the staff there *cringe* 

MORAL OF THE STORY - Dress up your shirt :)

    shirts are an absolute must in any wardrobe. Just remember to carry a fabulous bag, then you'll never be asked, "excuse me, but do you have this in another size?" :)
