I've always been a huge fan of the hair care brand TIGI thanks to their fabulous range of shampoos, conditioners & styling products which have quirky names and very cool packaging. Known for its cheeky attitude along with fun and creative hair products, Bed Head by TIGI has launched a really cool contest known as #BedHeadThisisMe.
All you need to do is get your hair styled in a salon, click a selfie with your stylist and upload it on their site HERE. What's up for grabs? A trip for 2 to Barcelona where you could attend a music festival and your stylist could get a chance to train at the prestigious TIGI Academy in London! Isn't that something? The selfie with the highest number of likes will increase your chance to win that Barcelona trip and attend one of Europe’s music festivals. Alongside, Bed Head, with the intention of encouraging hair stylists in the country, has extended the contest to gratify them and
the hair stylist with the highest votes will win an all-expense paid trip to London for training at the TIGI academy. A perfect win-win situation for you and the person behind your great hairstyle!
#BedHeadThisisMe focuses on individuality by encouraging people to acknowledge their true selves. Along with 6 individual interviews, the campaign video highlights the core thought of the brand: self-expression. The message implies that everyone is the star of a show that’s their own life and they are the only one in power to make or break it.

Ooh this sounds fun! I love quirky competitions like this - it's a bit like the ALS ice bucket challenge - it's unique, and then it just gets everywhere! Unfortunately I am no where near rich enough to have my hair done by a stylist (I am a student living on beans on toast and the only time I see a hair stylist is when the Chelsea girls are having theirs done on Made In Chelsea) so looks like I won't be going to Barcelona any time soon…..one day…! I haven't owned any TIGI products before and when I did my hair at Toni & Guy as a hair model, they did use some sweet smelling grape product on my hair. This sounds like an interesting challenge and I wish you all the best!
